* * *Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to recrui...@burgeonits.com* * * *Position: PeopleSoft HCM Data Conversion Lead * *Location: Washington, DC* *Duration: 8-10 months* * * · *The following role is executed by an experienced Data conversion who manages the overall Data Conversion phase of a large complex project where multiple interfaces, applications and specific modules of PeopleSoft HCM (v9.1).* · *The Data Conversion lead is expected to proactively identify risks and document effective mitigations that achieve successful on time delivery for Data Conversion commitments (i.e., Data Conversion Strategy, Conversion Cycles, Error reporting, identifying the root cause etc.)* · *The Data Conversion lead will manage effective team communications throughout requirements, design, development, and test and deployment phases of the project.* · *The Data Conversion lead is expected to participate in review of requirements, design of loading scripts and offer experience to the customer and business with Error Reports and Point issues with Data clean ups* · *The Data Conversion lead is expected to partner with HCL’s Project leadership and project teams in devising project planning and forecasting to specify resource commitments for Conversion planning and execution. * * * *Responsibilities:* · Planning, Execution, Tracking & Reporting: · Articulate Data conversion needs, meticulously liaise with Customer Data conversion group to gather requirements, planning and execution of the loading programs · Set clear expectations for Conversion schedule, availability of resources, skill set of resources, Conversion strategy, and service level agreements for defect turn-around time. · Analyze high-risk areas for each conversion item of the project. · Ensure that issues arising during Conversion are communicated to HCL’s project management in a timely manner. · Communicate Conversion status and key issues. · Create and document Conversion Strategy and Conversion Plan and execution strategy · Identify the high-risk items that need to have additional testing attention · Work on onshore-offshore model · Lead the Data Conversion Execution walkthrough with the team and document any trends emerging from the Conversion Execution Review. · Review Conversion results to ensure that Conversion sign-off meets the standard of quality necessary for the project. · Work very closely with the developers offshore and pre-empt any issues and highlight them appropriately · Able to fix any issues onsite without depending on offshore developers · Ensure Data Conversion scripts are optimally tuned to negate performance issues while data loading · PeopleSoft Data Conversion experience in HCM (V8.9 onwards) · Must have hands-on experience in App Designer, Peoplecode, Component Interface, App Engines, SQR’s etc. · PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade experience. · (7 – 10 years) PeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits &Payroll Module experience (Global Payroll experience preferred), Benefits Administration, Base Benefits, and ePerformance. · Led Data Conversion for multi-tiered, complex projects. · Familiarity with PeopleSoft integration technology, Application Designer and Portal · Has worked in onshore-offshore model · Participated as Data Conversion lead for 3 full project life cycles. · (5 - 7 years) Conversion lead role – large project experience. · (3-5 years) Financials industry experience. * * Thanks & Regards *Raja* Burgeon IT Services LLC Ph: 302-220-4724 FAX: 302-355-1559 Email: recrui...@burgeonits.com Website: www.burgeonits.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
