Determine and document user acceptance criteria and coordinate / drive user acceptance testing (UAT), including UAT kick off, test plan and test case development. Drive deliverables/activities to meet project milestones. Identify and assess data inputs and outputs. Effectively communicate requirements and analysis to project team members. Ensure adoption of solution within user base via effective organizational change management activities, training and issue management. Maintain relationships and effectively communicate with client SMEs and project team members. Roadmap development, executive level communications, drive complex solution shaping, and lead project teams. *Must Have:* ?9+ years of IT Supply Chain background with *strong Returns/Logistics exp. ?5-6 years’ of Repair & Refurbishment, Ecommerce platform implementations, Customer Service Operations and other related systems in online space.* ?5-6 years' experience in system implementation, project management, process analysis, and enterprise level services/systems. ?Familiar with SCRUM or similar agile development/implementation methodologies, and cross-functional engineering practices/excellence. ?Strong project management, project planning, risk management and issue resolution skills. ?Business Requirement Gathering and documentation, ?Partner (Microsoft’s partners/3rd party) interaction to gather detailed requirements and write functional specifications, ?Working with IT PM for systems implementation, ?UAT test coordination and defining test cases ?Experience using UML modeling of business requirements and functional designs (preferable ? Visio). ?Strong verbal communications and cross-group collaboration skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
