Job Related Experience: 7+ years database analysis, programming or similar experience Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA Skills and Abilities: Extensive hands-on DBA experience in SQL 2005, 2008, 2008R2 (2012 a plus) In depth working knowledge of SSIS Base knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 operating system Oversee and implement backups, clustering, replication Experience with backend databases supporting internet facing multi-tiered applications Proven strong innovative and analytical ability with extensive implementation skills Proven success in performance optimization for OLTP and OLAP applications Familiarity / willingness to learn Oracle and MYSQL databases Ability to work collaboratively with development teams in a highly dynamic environment Ability to work individually or as a member of a team to design, development, implement and maintain relational databases Commitment to quality work and high attention to detail Possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Idera Sql Diagnostic Manager a plus Experience running dbms in a physical and virtual environment Minimum Education: B.E. or B.S.
