Functional Responsibility: Defines business and technical requirements,
design, use
and test cases, and scripting related to automated interfaces between the
Bureau’s
internal systems and cloud-based Oracle RightNow® system using Linux® open
source scripting languages, tools, and techniques. Administers
platforms/software to
ensure balanced activity and secure environment. Makes recommendations for
monitoring, tuning, and optimizing system operations. Ability to perform
network
administration tasks, perform Operation System administration, install
hardware and
software solutions, and execute performance evaluations.

Minimum Experience: Experience working with Linux open source scripting
languages
such as Python®, PHP®, Perl®, Bash®, AWK® interfacing with Relational
Database
Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Postgres®, SQLServer®, MySQL®,
CFP-13-Q-00041, Database Administrator/API services

MongoDB®, et cetera. Four years of experience developing enterprise level
applications using Linux/Open Source programming/scripting methods and
tools. One
year of experience with B2B® cloud-based Application Programming Interface
or
development work. Experience with open source technologies such as RESTful®,
JSON®, SOAP®, Python®, PHP® in a Linux environment is desired.

Minimum Education: BS degree in Computer science, Information science or
related
scientific field. Waiver for degree can be allowed with five years of
experience in this
field.
