Should have a strong understanding about the processes like Risk Assessment, Loss Data Collection, Key Risk Indicators, and Scenario Assessment. - *Responsibilities:* - To Draft functional requirements for all the identified in the area of Operational Risk Management that includes Risk assessment, Loss Data Collection, Key Risk Indicators, Scenario Assessment - To guide the technical team for implementing the identified functional requirements. *Essential competencies:* - Operational Risk Management knowledge, experience and understanding - Should have participated in implementation of IBM Open Pages. He should have strong understanding of IBM Open pages functionality, data model, data requirements, configuration, rules, workflow etc. Person having implementation experience on GRC tools like SAS EGRC, RSA Archer will be preferred. - Should have clarity of thought around processes & translating business requirements into meaningful solution. - Planning and organisation skills. - Robust understanding of project documentation. - Strong communication and relationship management skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business. - Good Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office and BRD tools.
