This senior resource needs to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, familiar with governing disruptive technologies, managing multiple vendors, contractors and technology disciplines, while communicating to both business and technology resources. Previous experience in managing application migrations and / or server moves, migrations and consolidations is necessary to succeed in this position Job Requirements: - Must have 10 years of Project support/management experience with datacenter and application rationalization, consolidation, relocation, or migration [Datacenter Migrations, Datacenter Consolidation, Application Migrations, and Application Consolidations] - Must have strong understanding of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK) - Demonstrated ability in using MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio - Must have PMI’s Certified PMP - Must have 5 yrs. of experience with datacenter rationalization, consolidation, relocation, or migration - Knowledge of the SDLC - Experience building reports - Microsoft Project - Multiple Relational Databases including Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL - Systems Development/Integration Fundamentals, Internet and Client Server Architectures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
