The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for data analysis and database management. DBAs are typically involved in maintenance, enhancement, designing of data dictionaries, physical and logical database models, and performance tuning. DBAs have a range of skills and knowledge of the utilities and production tools used for data storage management to support the Application Team. *Responsibilities:* Experience and knowledge in supporting application system development life cycle. Perform performance tuning. Monitor database performance and space requirements. Communicate accurate and useful status updates. Manage and report time spent on all work activities.
