Ø Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. Ø Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements. Ø Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. Ø Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required. Ø Excellent Telephonic Etiquette. Ø Excellent written and oral English. *Educational Qualification:* Ø Minimum Graduation. *Duties and Responsibilities:* Ø Source active and passive candidates for (Contract/Contract to Hire and Permanent Requirements).
