Work closely with the HR staff to thoroughly understand business process. · Troubleshoot and support the HR Personnel Management system on a daily basis. Learn and follow all internal project management / system development methodologies. Keep personal information confidential. · Experience in converting client-server applications to web-based applications. · DB2 and mainframe a plus for troubleshooting and understanding the payroll process. Programmer capabilities with advanced knowledge in PowerBuilder experience.
