*Lead QA Analyst (Selenium Automation)*
*Location: St.Louis,MO
Duration: *
*3-6 Months Contract to HIre by the CLIENT*



*REQUIRED Experience *
Selenium with *Webdriver, Jenkin, ANT and Maven.  *
It will be beneficial if the candidate has an intermediate knowledge
of*Java development
*.

 *Position Definition:*
Under general direction, performs Quality Assurance design and testing
tasks for projects of medium to intense complexity.
Carries out procedures and performs assigned tasks in compliance with
Client Quality Assurance standards.
Analyzes business system requirements to formulate/define testing scope and
objectives.
Devises improvements to current testing and review procedures.
Takes appropriate steps to ensure integrity of the Quality Assurance
environment.



*Essential Duties:*
• Develops and executes formal test plans and test cases to ensure the
delivery of quality software applications.
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect
counts, test results, and test status.
• Isolates and researches problems, analyzes associated test results,
documents findings, and assists in resolutions.
• Automates regression test cases as required.
• Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an
internal quality consultant to advise or influence business and technical
partners.
• Stays abreast of new technologies, developments, and industry standards
in Quality Assurance field.
• Continually acquires business and product knowledge, often achieving the
level of Subject Matter Expert.
• Guides and advises other Quality Assurance Analysts.
• Researches, evaluates and recommends test tools.



*Additional Duties:*
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.







Job Requirements:

*Required Minimum Qualifications:*
• Bachelors degree in an Information Systems discipline or related field;
or, an equivalent combination of education and relevant business
experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in IT development/support with at least
five years experience in formal quality assurance testing.
• Knowledge of fundamental Software Quality Assurance methodologies,
standards, and tools – including test planning and management tools and
automated testing tools.
• Experienced at providing testing support for Agile Development Teams.
• Highly effective analytical, problem solving, and written/verbal
communication skills.
• Ability to investigate complex business problems, develop effective
recommendations, negotiate and/or present solutions, and resolve problems
in a highly professional and tactful manner.
• Demonstrated team building, interpersonal, teaching, listening, and
interviewing skills.
• Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively in order to
handle multiple projects and/or clients.
• Ability to access, enter, modify, and retrieve data on a PC.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language and compose
correspondence.
• Visual acuity sufficient to accurately review and proof information.
• Auditory ability to use a telephone.

*Preferred Additional Qualifications:*
• Experience using Java automated testing tools.
• Performance testing experience.
