*FEP 759 QA Lead* *Washington, DC* *Contract* *$60 CTC* ü Oversee the following activities o Test plan development o Test script development o Testing, automated and manual o Regression testing o Defect tracking o Data analysis o Metrics reporting o Root Cause Analysis ü Ensure required project artifacts are created and maintained. ü Manage testing plans according to FEP Project Management Life Cycle. ü Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop Use Cases and Verification Scenarios. ü Mentor more junior Quality Analysts on FEP benefits, systems, and processes. ü Ensure that key project deliverables are met. ü Ensure that all risks and issues are reported, monitored and escalated. ü Actively participate in project status meetings. ü Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc status reports as requested. . ü Work closely with Quality Analysts and Business Leads assigned to projects for test case planning, execution, and issue resolution. ü Perform additional responsibilities, tasks and duties as determined by the FEP PMO. ü Attend various meetings as directed by the Business Owner and be accountable for action items. ü Lead Plan-facing meetings on testing and verification activities. Qualifications: ü Strong testing experience.
