They need to have advanced SQL skills in a highly-normalized relational database environment, ETL experience, dimensional model expertise (star schema preferred), and both design and development experience. They actually don’t have to have any Teradata experience that would just be a bonus. We are not doing much that is truly unique to Teradata. They key is extensive database design and development experience, including dimensional modeling.
