Hi, Please let me know if you are comfortable with the below position. *Role :- SAN Admin* *Location :- Chelsea, MA* *Duration :- 1 year contract with annual renewals* *Start Date : - ASAP* *Exp :- 7 to 8+ years* *SCOPE OF SERVICES: * Providing technical assistance and research for the EMC VMAX, VNX, RecoverPoint, SRDF, Timefinder and Celerra data storage products, NetApp V-Series and Snap Clone technologies and Cisco MDS and Nexus switching. Performing monitor, archive, data collection, report generation, recovery and backup duties for data storage sub-systems; Providing technical assistance for data recovery, problem determination, and preventive maintenance; Assisting with the formulation of storage systems scope and objectives through research, analysis, and fact-finding; Modifying data storage processing systems and procedures as directed; Providing technical assistance for planning, directing and monitoring data storage operations within the department; Providing technical as well as general support for data processing input/output control activities; *QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Experience with EMC VMAX, VNX, Celerra, Recoverpoint, SRDF, NetApp V-Series and Snap technologies. 2. Demonstrated experience with the applications for data processing storage equipment, including the capabilities and programming techniques of MVS mainframe storage equipment. 3. Ability to conduct data processing surveys and advise superiors as to the needs and types of data storage equipment necessary to fulfill or upgrade the functions of the department. 4.
