Notes - Client is based in CA but all work needs to be done remotely.
Duration - 3-6 months
Description - *Business Analyst:*
*Required Skills*
· SharePoint Services (InfoPath experience a must)
· Excel "Master level" (Power-Pivot experience – master level)
· Business Objects XI Query builder
· Microsoft SQL - light DBA/Query building
*The Business Analyst will work on items such as the following for this
engagement:*
*Sharepoint*
· Creating a new SharePoint Site and Team sub sites to track:
· " Team Financials / Budget
• Team Training Attendance (external)
• KP NDE Training Site (tracking of completion of training, etc...)
*RPM (Timesheet / Resource Utilization) Metrics*
· Any additional automation of these metrics that we can do
*Network Engineering Q/A Metrics (creating the format and process for
repeatable capture and reporting of specific metrics)*
· Change Induced Incidents
· Change Process Violation
· Network Design Compliance
· Additional Training Opportunities (trending based upon CII's and
Process Violations)
· Verizon Device Onboarding failures
*Resource Demand Forecasting for FNE team.*
*Remedy Metrics*
· Current Metrics
· Archive / Historical metrics.
· Change Implementer Metrics
· Weekend Update report, metrics and SharePoint sub site
*SLA Metrics *- Tracking *& Reporting*
· KP NDE's
· Project Status
· Vendor Engineers
· FNE Over-All
