Role : Enterprise Applications Engineer LOCATION : Orange, CA DURATION : 3 to 6 Months+ JOB DESCRIPTION: Ø Candidate must be local Ø The Enterprise Application Engineer's role is to plan, implement, manage, administer and support the core business APPLICATION SOFTWARE for corporate enterprise needs. Ø This includes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012, Microsoft IIS, Windows 2008 R2 and 2012, Active Directory. Ø Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010 and proprietary developed software and open source applications utilized by the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ø Acquisition & Deployment Ø Design and deploy highly available corporate production and non-production solutions for enterprise needs. Ø Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors in the implementation and support of corporate enterprise applications needs. Ø Operational Management Ø Responsible for Active Direct user and GPO administration. Ø Responsible of application user and group administration. Ø Provide for the support and troubleshooting of corporate enterprise applications and systems when and were required. Ø Configure and deploy applications software and systems to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. Ø Monitor systems, performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed and required. Ø Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of application software, infrastructure, and peripheral devices. Ø Analyze and resolve problems with all Enterprise Applications including but not limited to the following: Ø Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Exchange 2013, Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010, Microsoft SCOM, and proprietary developed software and open source applications utilized by the company. REQUIRED SKILLS: Ø Strong experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) including GPO Administration, Exchange and Clustered Storage Ø Experience with and strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 and 2012. Ø Proven experience in management and oversight of HIGH VOLUME CLUSTERED MICROSOFT SQL SERVERS environments utilizing various SAN storage solutions. Ø Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013 Ø Must have basic programming (Prefer C#, T-SQL) and scripting skills INCLUDING Power Shell scripting experience. Ø Strong knowledge of Windows server 2008R2/2012, Active Directory administration and networking (TCP/IP ver4, DNS and DHCP). Ø Must be knowledgeable of server class hardware and Network infrastructure best practices. Ø Must be able to speak, read and write in English and be able to communicate with all levels of users Ø Current certifications preferred: MCSE, MCTS and/or MCITP in EA, SQL and messaging. Thanks.
