Oracle EBS stands for E-Business Suite and is collection of ERP, CRM and SCM applications. Latest version is 12.1 and Client is ideally looking for v. R12. Role : Oracle EBS Admin Duration :6 month Contract Location : Minnetonka, MN *Must pass a drug test and background check once offered the position* Job Description : Ø Oracle EBS System Administrator to support an EBS R12 financials application to be a member of the Technical Operations team in the FEAD domain. Ø They will be helping to transfer support of a R12 EBS application from one support team to another and assist in training member of the new team on support. Daily tasks will include: Ø Work on the transition of the application from one support team to ours while taking into account security and stability of the application Ø Overall application support of the env including: o Development Support (troubleshooting, patching, tuning, etc.) o Production Support (troubleshooting, migrations, etc.) Ø Assist in creating the best practices for supporting the environment Ø Create support documents for the application based on the best practices Ø Help in training additional team members on support of the application Requirements • 3+ years working in a Linux environment with strong ability in shell scripting for monitoring and support scripts • 3+ years of system admin experience with an EBS application (preferred experience with version R12) Thanks.
