*Position: Training Manager - ERPDuration: 12-18 MonthsLocation: Orange County, CA* Responsibilities & Duties: • Lead system-wide J.D. Edwards application training initiatives including training to support the rollout of new software and upgrades. • Consumer packaged goods, manufacturing or other food industry experience; multiple plant and office operations a must. • Prepares training plans and materials according to the needs identified. • Creates and maintains tools utilized as part of the overall training plan. • Carries out functional testing during updates. • Produces and keeps documentation up to date. • Create, schedule and execute overall training plan including pre-training classes/presentations and go-live training to super users, end users and administrators. • Must be able to create and deliver presentations to team members, super users, sponsors, stakeholders, C-level and other management. • Ensures post-training follow-up. • Follows up on requests for support until the issue is fully resolved. • Ensures the transfer of knowledge. • Finesse in negotiating team members, super users and other resources time from their managers. • Hands-on, roll up sleeves attitude. • Extremely organized and able to switch to different audiences quickly.
