· MUST BE US CITIZEN/GREENCARD · PERFECT COMMUNICATION SKILLS Position: MIDLEVEL Infrastructure Project Manager Location: NYC, NY (PENN PLAZA) Length 12 month w/option for additional time Start Date: ASAP Overview: This ideal PM would have previous exp leading the day to day management of large IT-Infrastructure project – IPT/WAN & Wireless implementation based projects. The Project Manager plays two key roles- one is customer facing, second is internally focused toward project management activities. Requirements: 1. Must have 5+ yrs. Managing IPT, WAN, DataCenter/Optimization and wireless projects simultaneously utilizing methodologies such as: a. Manage project deliverables including project risks, issues, contingencies, communications, project schedules, project financials and change management plans stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and data sources. b. Ability to take a leadership role in interfacing with customers, project managers and field teams to identify business problems and help create solutions that achieve targeted business results while maximizing services c. Formalizes the plans and ideas of the leadership and translates them into powerful presentations, workflow / process flow / work instruction documents d. Understands the business activities within the group and with dependency groups and define/refine process maps for continuous quality improvement in service, customer satisfaction, team productivity and risk management e. Tracks, oversees and maintains proper documentation on matters related to budget accruals and invoices and resources. f. Tracks ongoing events/issues and strictly follow through with relevant groups and provide regular status updates g. Experience with Microsoft Project preferred- but not mandatory 2. Must have competency with the following capabilities: a. Project Initiation & Integration Management b. Scope Management * c. Time Management d. Quality Management * e. Resource Management * f.
