SCOPE OF WORK
• Assessing and assigning Help Desk calls; Performing fist-level problem
determination and resolution; Assigning work order tickets to the
appropriate second-level support;  ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
administrators. That includes creating user accounts, granting appropriate
access and monitoring ERP accounting jobs; Monitoring and Downloading jobs
that run on SQL (Structured Query Language) servers. Handle sensitive
disaster recovery data, which includes monitoring our TSM (Tivoli Storage
Manager)system for missed or failed backups, unloading tapes and
downloading daily backup information to be sent offsite daily.

DELIVERABLE(S) • Coverage hours will be Monday thru Friday from  7:00 am
until 3:30 pm.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
• It would help if the candidate has Information Technology Help Desk
and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience.

The Anticipated Start/Need Date is 1/6/14
