The Developer will have experience as a mentor to software development team members and will be more than willing to do what it takes to get the job done on time and correct. *TECHNICAL SKILLSET* - Microsoft .NET 4.0 - Oracle 10*g* (Equivalent SQL experience will be considered) - Microsoft WinForms - HTML, ASP.NET, Web Services and Web Development - Agile development methodology *PROJECT RELATED COMPETENCIES* Solution Development and Delivery - Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. - Creates and maintains detailed documentation around technical processes. - Effectively manages customer and management expectations. - Comprehends complex systems and performs detailed impact analysis for changes. - Creates efficient and logical databases for clients. - Designs and codes superior technical solutions.
