Role : iOS Developers Location : San Francisco, CA and Minneapolis, MN Requirements: Ø 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience, coding for more than 2+ years in iOS Ø Must have produced reasonably complicated [more than multiple-men team working for multiple-months] app Ø Must have owned more than 25% of critical functionality area of one or more iPhone/Android Apps Ø Estimate reasonably well (less error margin, Velocity in Agile terms of 70%+ or better) Ø Able to provide solution 'App-wide' Ø Self managed and able to manage Jr/Mid-level Ø Experience of working in teams & communicate/report to Leads/Architects/Management or Customers Ø Domain Knowledge of Retail or similar fields Ø Collaborate with with SA/BA and able to explain internals in Business terms Ø Learn from Experts and keep getting better Ø Passionate about Smartphones and Apps Ø Must know multiple version of iOS versions/devices & Android versions/devices Ø Mastered concepts of OOP, Mobile frameworks/internals, threading, database, API, UI, Memory Management, Location, and Camera Ø Experienced (iOS folks experienced on C++ in the past, Android folks experienced on Java in the past) Ø Quality Conscious Ø Fast, Careful and Methodical coder Ø Understand Design Patterns and Best Practices Thanks.
