Please go through the requirement And Send matching resumes to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *And Please fill Details as below mentioned.* Candidate Full Name- Contact #: Email id: Skype id: DOB: SSN - Visa Status - Current location - If Ready to Relocate - Total Exp: Availability - ram *Role: **Sr. Sales Force Admin Only GC and Citizen in PA* *Location **: **Pittsburgh, PA * * Duration : **6 month contract to hire* *What you will be doing:* · Lead and drive customer engagements, by understanding and applying Summa's delivery methodology and processes, through all project phases. · Work with clients, either on site or remotely, to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to Salesforce.com · Research, recommend and provide valued judgement in evaluating different/ alternative solution approaches · Produce estimates at the system level · Design, configure and deploy Salesforce to customers and customize modules to their specific business needs independently or with a team · Discover, document, and analyze key processes · Effectively manage customer expectations and communicate status updates of projects to various stakeholders, i.e., internal Summa management, and external customers of varying levels of management · Build reports and dashboards as needed to gauge project success · Provide training on new customizations or new implementations to customers · May participate on data conversions during project life cycle · Assist with pre-sales/ post-sales and marketing activities as needed, to sell solutions to key project stakeholders · Coach and mentor other team members through the life-cycle of the project Required Skills * What you will need to bring to the table:* · Apply advanced Salesforce functionality to solve business problems · Proficiency in creating customized solutions · Understanding of data structure and its correlation to Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Data Loader, Custom Applications, Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Visual Workflow · Ability to manage, lead and coach concurrent projects from both client side and Summa team side · Strong training and oral/ written presentation skills · Able to solve complex problems independently, without introducing regressions · Excellent written and oral communication skills · System estimation skills · Understand and apply project management concepts · Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times · Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience · Assess and adapt quickly to client cultures and environments · Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to ambiguous work situations *Some awesome nice to have's:* · Able to be a technical lead on mid to large-scale projects · Lead and drive client workshops · Travel flexibility both local and out of state approximately 10 to 20%, when needed Required Experience *What it takes to get you noticed: * · 7+ years of experience configuring and delivering software application solutions in Salesforce Administration; Business Processes, System Design & Architecture · Experience applying advanced Salesforce functionality to solve business problems *Education:* · Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences, Business or relevant discipline, Master's Degree preferred.
