Role :Tibco Lead Location : DC areya Duration :Long term DC area who needs a couple of strong Tibco resources. Skills Required: 2+ years leading development teams, off and onshore team lead experience preferred. * 4+ years of experience designing and developing with TIBCO and/or J2EE technologies; TIBCO BPM, BW, EMS strongly preferred. * 4+ years of experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, FTP, XSLT and SSL required. * 2+ years of experience with SQL Server or some other relational DBMS * Knowledge of Enterprise .Net or Java software design and development strongly preferred. * Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile SDLC experience. * Experience developing and designing with SOA patterns, ESB, and UDDI registry.
