I need a SAP support analyst for either the Oak Creek, WI or Houston, PA
office. Occasional travel between these two sites and/or Peoria, IL is
possible (<10%) 1 year contract Bill Rate $50/hour to $65/hour

 Typical 8-hour workday, with minimal off-shift work required during
upgrades or unplanned outages. Selected applicants will need to work from
either the Oak Creek, WI or Houston, PA office. Occasional travel between
these two sites and/or Peoria, IL is possible (<10%)

 Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information
systems, or a related field required. 5+ years' experience required.

 Required Skills: 3 Years Support Documentation (Intermediate), 2 Years of
VTest Case Preparation (Intermediate) and Develop Enhancements to Packaged
Software (Intermediate).  Verbal and written communication skills, problem
solving skills, and customer service skills. Strong ability to work
independently and manage one'Ys time as well as being a collaborative team
member. Knowledge of and experience with the full software development
lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering
and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and
delivery. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as
needed to resolve issues. Knowledge of SAP development tools, database
management systems, applications, and database components. General
experience in most SAP modules, with expert proficiency in one or more
modules preferred.  SAP ABAP - 3 Years' experience Preferred.

 Summary:

 The main job duties for an SAP support analyst will be to resolve
technical and functional support problems at a general level across the
entire SAP system, to assist on mass data loads and updates, and
responsibility for documentation of enhancements and upgrades in a standard
format. Additional responsibilities may include interfacing with Basis and
SAP Security teams on upgrades or problem resolution. Applicants should be
able both to provide guidance to less experienced team members and to
assist more experienced technical and functional experience.
