Ensure all requirements are traceable, feasible, unambiguous, verifiable as well as adhere to SDLC guidelines. · Provides other support for internal Enterprise Support improvement projects as required which might include product analysis, defect triage, determining testing approaches, testing activities, test data collection and preparation, and regression testing. Provide high quality, timely estimates for project tasks, activities, and deliverables. *Qualifications/Experience/Skills:* *3+ years of experience eliciting/documenting business/software requirements. Experience focused in P&C Insurance is a plus. *Minimum of 2 years of experience with Document Management and/or Correspondence package solutions (e.g. FileNet, Documentum, OnBase, xPression, Document Sciences) *Experience working in a Software Requirements Depository (IBM Rationale DOORS or similar) *Understanding and experience with Process Architecture processes and the software development life cycle. Ability to facilitate requirements gathering activities including elicitation and documentation. Able to capture business processes and workflows (Visio, UML). *Thorough understanding of software processes and project lifecycle. With proven experience and expertise in the collection of requirements, documentation of specifications, application design, implementation, writing and executing test scenarios and plans, and providing support to end user training. *Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects running concurrently. *Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills *Strong written and oral communication skills.
