Primary Responsibilities Web application development in .NET platform Develop web application components using HTML and JavaScript Implement OO designs using Design Patterns in presentation and business tiers Participate with business units and QED using Agile techniques and practices to identify requirements, acceptance criteria and designs Regularly communicate with project team and management Collaborate with architects and technical leads on design decisions and direction Contribute to project development estimates and timelines. Work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment and serve as a mentor to less experienced developers. Generate innovative approaches and solutions to technology challenges Effectively balance and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently Minimum Qualifications 5 years technology development related experience. 3 years experience in the following technologies to research, evaluate, develop and test using: .Net 3.5, 4.0, or 4.5 based application development ASP.Net experience Rest services or Web Services experience Strong JavaScript and jQuery knowledge DOM manipulation Very strong interpersonal and communications skills including both oral and written proficiency Proven track record of being able to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions Experience and\or a willingness to work in a fast paced Agile software development environment Demonstrates self motivation, ability to learn quickly and to apply learnings to solutions.
