*Location: Chicago, IL* *Duration: 3 Months* *Mid Level* *Rate: $50/hr on c2c all inclusive.* *Job Description:* The .NET and C# developer plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery within the Airport Above the Wing team. * Plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of Next Generation Agent Application. * Apply proven communication, analysis and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments. * Self-sufficient, requires minimal direct supervision, and mentors/coaches others junior members on the team. * Assist in evaluating alternatives relating to efficient solutions and performance as well as maintainability and supportability of the applications. * Assist in delivering and completion of tasks as committed within budget and time. * Develops software for the applications with the Airport Above the Wing team from design to implementation phases of the project life cycle * Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions * Complete comprehensive unit testing on all developed/enhanced software * Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of development methodologies, software design and design patterns, integration standards as well as its applicability at coding and testing cycles * Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of software engineering best practices such as: versioning and versioning control, software packaging and software release management *Job Requirements:* * Front end, Web Developer, building client-side browser html applications * Develops software for the applications with the Airport Above the Wing team from design to implementation phases of the project life cycle * Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions * Complete comprehensive unit testing on all developed/enhanced software * Analysis, Development and Implementation of Microsoft Technologies for Client/Server Applications and Web Based Applications * Extensive working knowledge in .NET Technologies - .NET Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, J Query, Web API, LINQ, TFS, Visual Studio 2010. * Hands on experience on implementation of Web Services (SOAP,WSDL,UDDI,XML) * In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming(OOP) Concepts * Experience of SDLC (Agile, RUP, Iterative, SCRUM) including software design, development, testing maintenance and conversion of existing project. * Working experience with Web based Technologies like IIS, HTML, XML, DOM, DTD, XSML, Perl, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript and JSON. * Web API with JavaScript with JSON using getJSON function for exchanging data to perform various Client side validations * Experience designing and developing on Single Page Applications REQUIREMENT 2 *Junior .Net Developer* *Location:* Springfield, IL *Duration:* 1 Year *Need Local to Illinois* *Rate: $32to $37/hr on c2c all inclusive* *Job Description:* Provides technical expertise to design, develop and maintain software components and products that support the client's business applications. · Uses tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain year over year product functionality and enhancements. · Creates and executes unit tests and addresses defects. · Works closely with QA and other related teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approach. *Job Requirements:* · 3 years C# and/or VB.net development. · 3 years ASP.NET development. · 3 years SQL Server. · 3 years Security (Familiarity with Active Directory and Public-Key Infrastructure). · 1 year Team Foundation Server. · 3 years Visual Studio. · 3 years complex enterprise application development and legacy integration.
