Configure data inputs, file precedence, roles, users and authentication. · Have good knowledge of Splunk troubleshooting, internal queues and processing. · Create automated scripts to assist with installation and configuration of products, and schedule and verify automated installs and upgrades. · Respond to user problem calls for supported products and share 24 x 7 on-call support. · First-line contact for vendor problem resolution. · Add and maintain team and product documentation. · Perform product verification after outages and releases.
