Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with OBIEE reporting Location: Kansas City, Missouri Contract Duration: 6+ months Interview process: Phone interview followed by in-person or Skype interview. Minimum Requirements: Needs to have heavy experience building both system and technical business requirements, interpreting regulatory requirements (US & UK) as well systems experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Required business and systems experience with the following: Core HR, Compensation, Regulatory, and Global Knowledge. The ideal candidate comes from a PeopleSoft HCM functional background and uses OBIEE for reporting (specifically HR Analytics within OBIEE). Must have statutory reporting exp. between the US and UK. Description: This person will act as a Lead systems/business analyst and work closely with the Client's HRIS team, Total Rewards team, regulatory consultants, as well as members of the IT development team.
