 Candidate MUST be willing to work on site out of the Boston, MA office.





I can make an exception on H1 IF their H1 does not expire until after 2016.
That is the problem I ran up against with my other candidate. We need to
make it work on a contract to hire.





Below I have outlined updated requirements as well as specific requirements
that all candidates must have.



*Updates:*



1)      *LOOKING FOR*: Lead --> Small team -- lead (this position),
developer, and analyst/pm/admin << this is the tech team; they partner with
small group of admins/data managers in the business, for a cross-functional
team. This person will own the lead role, be our primary expert. It's a
leadership role with end to end accountability

2)      Candidate must sit onsite in Boston, MA





*Requirements:*



1)      *MUST HAVE:* Please have your candidates include a summary at the *top
of the resume* answering the following questions:

a.       As it pertains to customization work, please provide additional
details about the nature of the customization and specifically what role
you played in the effort(s).

b.      Please provide a few examples of projects that you have worked on
(i.e. what were the expected outcomes) and the role that you played in the

c.       Please describe the nature of any Business As Usual ("BAU") and
End to End work that you have performed and specifically the role that you
were accountable for.

2)      Please keep the following in mind while sourcing for candidates:
*** - Experience with end-to-end delivery of large, complex Salesforce
solutions, with demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud, Account & Contact
Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Campaign
Management, and custom FORCE.com Platform development.

3)      *REQUIRED*: - Sales force Certified Administrator (201) and
Certified Developer (401).



*Job Responsibilities:  *


You will be the overall technical subject matter expert for Columbia
Management Salesforce.com sales and marketing technologies, the face of the
dedicated support team for technology and business partners throughout, and
provide direct or indirect leadership to a team of technology professionals
(employee, contract employee, offshore, and vendor).


* Required Qualifications:*
Qualified applicants will be skilled technologists with a breadth of
experiences with a tenacity and passion for innovation, solving business
problems, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent job
experience; - 7+ years technology development
- 3+ years in lead development role (Technical Lead or Team Lead)
- 3+ years experience development skills in Sales force enabled business
solutions
- 3+ years experience in Sales force system configuration
- 2+ years experience: Apex, Visual Force and HTML coding, and Sales force
Interfaces (web services, ETL)
- Familiarity/working knowledge with Informatica or equivalent ETL

- Sales force system administration training/certification 201
- Sales force developer training/certification 401 (required), 501
(desired)
- Strong interest in growing technical Sales force system skills.
- Ability to research and to recommend Sales force solutions to business
issues.
- Asset Management industry experience required
- Self-starter able to analyze and assess complex issues, re-engineer
processes, and develop viable action plans.
- Ability to develop, collect and translate requirements into functional
specifications.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the various business partners
in the organization by providing Sales force expertise, consulting and
mentoring.
Individuals in this role should be very comfortable delivering training
presentations

Contribute to software development activities by developing, documenting,
testing, modifying and maintaining new and existing software applications.
Apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to the development life
cycle. Bring application(s) and technology expertise to the specification
and design development process. Provide technical expertise on assigned
applications, to include interfaces and interrelationships with other
applications and systems. Receive technical guidance and day-to-day
direction from Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers.


Strategically plan and prioritize software/solution releases within planned
release schedules based on enterprise business strategy, business and
technology need, and impact while assuring appropriate scope, size and
impact of releases to end users. Effectively plan all design, development
and testing work to assure the pre-determined release schedule is met.
Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to a team of highly
technical employees. Develop and maintain an organization of high
performing people through effective hiring, coaching and rigorous
