*Description:*

This a contractor position which will play a key role in Oracle R12 upgrade
project, acting as the lead, "on the ground" representative for
Professional Services Operations organization. The Oracle R12 project
involves 2 primary components:

1.       Roll out of multiple Operating Units and related data conversion,
and

2.       Upgrade from 11i to R12.

We have completed 2 phases and the remaining phases of the project include
CRP3, UAT, Go-Live, and Production Support.  This assignment will cover
remaining phases including 8 weeks of Production Support and will last
approximately 20 weeks.    Based on performance and the company
requirements, this resource may be converted in to a full time employee
before or at the end of contract period.  This position will report into
the Global Director of PSG Operations.


* Responsibilities:*

·         Manage business user testing owned by PSG Operations for the
Oracle OTL/PRM/Projects Costing modules for remaining phases of R12 upgrade
project, working closely with IT and other stakeholders. This includes
acting as the primary tester, managing other testers participating from PSG
Ops, coordinating with finance and other groups on end-to-end testing,
testing boundary systems including ECOS, PSFT/HR, TOPPS, and CEM,  tracking
overall progress of testing, and following up with IT and others on open
items.

·         Act as the on-the-ground representative for PSG Ops, including
participation in daily BPO/debrief meetings

·         Manage day-to-day escalations in the project with minimal
intervention

·         Identify areas of risk and work collaboratively to develop
proposals/recommendations to mitigate risk.

·         Participate in planning and design sessions with IT, Finance, and
other stakeholders as needed

·         Ensure  PSG Op's requirements are understood by stakeholders and
incorporated into plans and designs

·         Plan and manage the go-live for PSG Ops and PSG, including
communications, organizational readiness/training, preparation of
documentation, and system clean up required prior to data
conversion/go-live.



*Experience/Skills:*

·         Bachelor's degree, technical, business, or finance/accounting
preferred

·         Experience with Oracle Projects module

·         Experience as team member in a large, enterprise-wide system
implementation

·         Experience supporting a professional services organization,
either as business analyst or in finance/operations
