Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *TITLE: SAP HCM OM/PA, Benefits, Compensation Management DURATION: 6 months LOCATION: Houston, TX (Downtown) * MANDATORY SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE: *5+ years' experience as a SAP Business Analyst on projects involving implementation of OM/PA for a manufacturing company that has plants in different parts of the U.S. and Union employees in the following specific areas: *- Working with Business users (business managers, HR reps, time keepers, etc.) to gather/define/document functional requirements for processing payroll in SAP - Excellent communication skills - Experience with Employee Actions, maintaining infotypes, dynamic actions, and personnel reporting. - Maintaining and editing the organizational structure to accommodate workflow, structural authorizations, and organizational reporting. - Experience with compensation management and pay scales. - Working with union requirements, absence and leave management - Conducting user acceptance testing by creating scenarios for test cases & executing test cases - Helping to prepare training materials and conduct user training - Ability to create functional specs - Produce reports using Microsoft Access against an Employee Data Warehouse - *Solid understanding of how SAP Payroll, Time and SAP Personnel Administration (PA) integrate* - Ability to perform detailed analysis of user requests, identify and correct problems. - Ability to analyze SAP delivered software changes to determine impact and recommended steps for resolution and/or implementation. - Ability to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules - Ability to work with the technical team to ensure that any configuration or custom development work has been captured accurately in SAP - Ability to create test scripts - Ability to create a project plan DESIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE: - *Any project management experience shown on resume will be a huge plus - Some experience in Time Management, and Payroll is desirable* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - This SAP Business Analyst will work for the HR department on the business side during the SAP Payroll implementation. They will serve as a business-side Subject Matter Expert supporting Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation Management and Benefits modules. Some experience in Time Management, and Payroll is also desirable.... - Define, research, develop business specifications and test new functionality of business systems in your - primary module or functional area. - Chair Blueprinting sessions, gather and document functional business requirements - As you analyze users' business requirements, proactively collaborate with them to recommend improvements for how to optimize processes - Act as liaison between IT and the business users (IT will not communicate directly with the business users) - Lead user acceptance testing - create test plans, test cases, and execute test cases - After testing validate that business output results are correct; If not correct, work with IT to make sure they determine cause and fix issues - Provide post-implementation support to business users as needed/ Serve as escalation point for system and troubleshooting issues. - Conduct user training - Devise sample data to test accuracy of programs. - Provide functional advice and assistance to programmers. - Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area.
