Title: Web Support Analyst posted on 2014-04-25 11:12:36 Job Description:*Title: Web* *Support* *Analyst* *6 month plus* *Northbrook, IL* *Purpose of Position* The *Web* Support *Analyst* serves as a liaison between marketing teams and third party vendors or internal IT, helping to evaluate web based tools and manage small projects to implement digital or mobile solutions. The Analyst also provides support for domain name registration, digital asset management system management, a web analytics third party partner, mobile (iOS and Android) app distribution, coordination of the distribution of digital marketing assets and software support. *Key Responsibilities* *Domain Name Registration* · Liaison with business teams to determine requirements · Work with IT Technical Support to evaluate feasibility and cost of a domain name · Coordinate activities of business and IT team to implement registration *Digital Asset Management* · Provide support for one or more digital asset management (DAM) solution (training provided to caondidate) · Coordinate digital asset collection from third party partners (video, sound, picture, text files) · Work with business teams to integrate the DAM into business processes (who to call, how to access the system, etc.) · Support Digital Lead in review and approval of digital marketing assets against corporate standards *Web Analytics Support* · Develop requirements with business teams for metrics collection on specific company web sites · Work with internal IT to provide support for web analytics issues (training will be provided to the candidate) · Work with our third party partner to develop and distribute analytics reports to internal business clients *Mobile App distribution* · Develop a schedule of app distribution plans with internal marketing teams · Create provisioning profiles for new corporate app distribution. (training will be provided) · Work with internal IT and Apple to publish corporate apps *Relationships* Reports to the Sr Manager, Commercial eServices. Works with internal Marketing team leads to define requirements and with internal IT and third party vendors to deliver support or implement projects. *Background and Skills* Able to leverage basic project management methodologies and tools Strong written and oral communication skills, fast learner Fluent in Microsoft Office, including developing PowerPoint presentations Familiar with basic web site architecture and standards, including HTML, domain names, web analytics tools. Does not need to be an expert, but must be aware of and understand terminology and able to articulate requirements to vendor partners. Familiar with mobile technologies. Examples might include iOS, iPads, mobile device management tools such as MobileIron, iTunes app libraries, etc. Knowledge of Content Management or Digital Asset Management Tools is preferred Pharmaceutical industry background a plus Bachelor Degree or equivalent required *This is the same order that was open previously under Shawn Williams-Hay, but I am re-opening since the requirements have changed.
