*POSITION*
*Position: Data Analyst*
*Location: Wellesley, MA*
* Pay Rate: 50/HR Duration: 1 year*
*Qualifications *
· The person in this position will need to have excellent Excel
skills and will need to be able to use pivot tables, V-Lookup functions,
filters, and other advanced skills.
· This is a very data heavy position and requires a person who is
very detail oriented and enjoys working with data on a daily basis.
· This position may also use SQL to perform some functions.
· This person in this position will be responsible for working with
the data to identify trends and patters and to provide clues as to why the
data may be trending in a certain manner and also why there may be data
error trends.
The Data Analyst is responsible for working with large sets of data
using various data analysis tools such as Excel using pivot tables, filters
and other advanced Excel functions. They may develop SQL queries to be used
in data analysis and data mining.
· Identify complex data problems, their probable causes, and their
impact on services’ outputs, report them to the appropriate parties, offer
possible solutions, and decide on the optimal course of action.
· This position will work independently and/or collaboratively in
bringing data issues to complete resolution.
