Two (2) years' experience in operating mini- and mainframe computers and peripheral equipment in a general purpose computer operations data center environment. 2. Two (2) years' experience in working closely with customers, responding to data center support tickets and escalating client concerns. 3. Two (2) years' experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting in a data center setting using the following monitoring tools and management systems: - a. Orion SolarWinds, - b. Automated Logic (BMS System), - c. Web/CTRL/BMS, - d. C•CURE 9000 Security Camera System, - e. VCE, - f. EMC and Cisco Secure Remote Support, - g. Virtual Instruments-Virtual Wisdom, - h. Ocularis. 4. Two (2) years' experience in data center infrastructure management.
