Job Title: FileNet Developer/System Analyst(Direct Client) Location : Cincinnati, Ohio Duration : Long term Job Purpose: To assist in performing a variety of tasks related to planning, conducting and coordinating analysis of functional business applications and designing software specifications.Understands technical design aspects for FileNet applications and provides necessary guidance for the same.Prepares required documentation for both program (Technical spec) and user-levels.Works as the lead software developer in a scrum team.Principal Accountabilities: The person in this job is responsible for the following Balanced Scorecard Perspective Primary Duties or Major Activities 1. Customer Interaction 1. Assist with cost analysis and justifications for software development efforts. 2. Promotes sharing of expertise through consulting, presentations, and documentations, etc. 2. Onsite Co-ordination 1. Co-ordinating offshore team and customer. 3. Development 1. Expert in developing software applications with expertise in FileNet technology Educational qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 6-8 years as Software Development in FileNet solutionsKnowledge and skills Functional skills: - Experience in developing, deploying and troubleshooting solutions that integrate with FileNet Content Engine and FileNet Process Engine . - FileNet Certified Professional - Experience with some or all of the following technologies: Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSD, XSLT, Web Service Technologies. - Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies Nice to have - Exposure to migration to FileNet 5.x a plus. - Exposure to Kofax and Imaging. - Banking or Financial Services Domain experience.Behavioural skills: - Excellent Communication skills - Strong software development skill Note: If resource is good in Java and J2EE high level knowledge of filenet is sufficient Thanks.
