Job Requirements: Pega Lead System Architect (knowledge on Pega
7.1 and preferably certified CLSA from Pega) desired, must at least P1
clearedØ
Should have 10+ years of IT experienceØ
Should have minimum 5+ years of Pega experienceØ
Must have worked on at least 3 Pega development projects with
design and architecture expertise in at least 2 Pega projectsØ
Job Description –
• Should be able to define the architecture and design the Pega
application
• Can work closely with client’s architecture, BPM CoE team
• Should provide innovation and thought leadership
• Should be able to independently implement Pega application
• Should be able to design class structure and other major
components in Pega
• Should be able to own and deliver highest quality code on time,
on budget
• Should be able to lead and manage project team and mentoring
them towards most productive outcome
• Actively participate in all phases of SDLC; delivering high
quality deliverables
• Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user
acceptance testing
• Has an advanced understanding of the main features of PRPC
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and
application functionality.
• Provides regular updates to management team on project progress
and outstanding issues
• Realization of business benefit
• Onsite-offshore coordination
