They are needing a solid *Java Front End Developer*. Strong Spring MVC platform experience. They are moving from ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> to Java. Spring and Hibernate on the back end. Must have Agile experience, they are a completely Agile environment. Great communication skills since they will be engaging the business and other team members, very team oriented. They can teach the business logic but they must come in with solid Java with Spring MVC development experience. We are looking for a passionate, energetic member of an agile team to play a key role in converting legacy ASP and .Net to Java technology and creating small to medium applications. The applications will be built in a modular way with Spring MVC or Experience Factory on the front end and SQL Server on the backend. The system will integrate with back-end systems through a JEE services layer and/or Web Services. This developer will be focused on the front-end creation of the website using Spring MVC and developing in the middle layer. They must have strong technical skills as well as be a good communicator, and have an eye for technical excellence. Individuals who are able to contribute in all aspects of the development lifecycle as well as being committed, passionate members of a highly collaborative team will excel.
