The Adobe LiveCycle Expert has complete responsibility for upgrade, integration and configuration of Adobe LifeCycle ES4 . This person will provide support in a dynamic environment to ensure that a technical/non-technical multi-vendor team of 30+ resources provides responsive and high quality end-to-end support, including development, help desk, hosting, and database administration. Services include quarterly releases of new code and enhancements to existing functionality and support of a 24x7 environment in the Reston, VA area. A top candidate would be very client focused. To be a strong team player you must be proactive in identifying issues and risks, and work with the client and the team to be a trusted advisor. Another challenge is maintaining an excellent level of current operational support while planning and integrating new enhancements and technologies. To be successful you will see this position as the lynchpin to the success of the overall federal grants management line of business. This is a very fast paced environment.
