Please find the below mentioned requirement if you are interested please send me the updated resume. *Position:** Performance Engineer* *Location: Newark, DE* *Duration: Long term* * Job Description:* · Expertise in performance engineering practices and processes with demonstrated in field experience · Deep Knowledge of SDLC, architecture, application development and impacts on non-functional testing results · Solid understanding of web technology and infrastructure, and being an expert in at least one core area from network to database · Experience in gathering non-functional testing requirements · Expertise in analyzing application under testing to identify stress, failure and contention points, and specifying monitoring needs for testing · Experience in determining what needs to be tested and why, and creating plan to implement · Strong ability to analyze all non-functional test results, correlate findings from various logs and results, identify problem areas, and provide remediation recommendations · Capable of prescribing what needs to be monitored in production based upon analysis of non-functional testing results · Capable of providing adaptive test strategy based upon intermediate findings to pinpoint issues · Expert knowledge of non-functional testing methodology, automated test/load tools (e.g. HP LoadRunner) · 5 or more years of proven, strong and recent experience with non-functional testing and/or performance engineering · Solid understanding one or more commercial monitoring tools such as dynaTrace, CA Wily · Develop testing processes and approaches according to JPMC Chase, and Six Sigma/CMM standards. · Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing strategy. · Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance. · Help design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts. · Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases. · Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems. · Facilitate resolution and communication of cross-application/organization architectural issues and decisions. · Assess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product design. · Coordinate performance and documentation testing with the appropriate technical groups and Release Management. · Document test procedures and findings. · Reconcile test results from different test · Minimum of 5+ years of Load Runner experience, more experience the better. Must be a senior hands-on Load Runner candidate. Must have worked on the following Load Runner protocols: Web, Web services, RTE, Citrix & Java is a plus · Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have experience in collecting user requirements and turning them into Performance Load Strategy Design and Develop automated scripts using Load Runner based on business use cases for the application. Design scenario in Load Runner to evaluate the performance of the application Execute different kinds of performance tests like Load test, stress, volume and endurance tests Analyze the results using Load Runner Analysis and based on analysis identify the bottlenecks, memory leaks ahead of time to help increase application performance. · Monitor application and web server metrics using CA Wily Introscope.
