Interview Mode: Telephonic /Video Conferencing ============================================== *Qualifications* • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of experience, at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with the programming languages Ruby and experience in designing and building large scale systems on open source platform • You should possess a strong technical background and a good grasp of software engineering principles, exceptional problem solving, design, programming, and testing skills. • Ability to research and gain good working knowledge of technologies relevant to the strategic direction of the company. • Systematic and structured in problem solving approach. Ability to generalize a specific problem and derive solution for a class of problem. Ability to derive causal relationship from ambiguous data. • Ability to extend factual relationship to anticipate problems or opportunities. Identifies, initiates, and acts on ideas that would result in indirect benefits.
