Coordinate with other areas for integration architecture solutions •Configure BPM Workspace queues according to specifications. •Configure out of the box BPM dashboard and Create custom dashboards in the workspace REQUIRED SKILLS •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related field or equivalent work experience •Strong working experience programming in any programming language (e.g. Microsoft C#, Java, etc.) and development using MVC framework •Strong working experience with development in Oracle BPM/SOA llg •Strong working experience with BPEL •Strong working experience with development using Oracle ADF framework •Strong working knowledge of the entire Systems Development Life Cycle •Solid demonstrated proficiency using debugging tools •Moderate working experience with PL/SQL •Moderate working experience with coding, design and documentation protocols as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures •Moderate understanding of Relational Databases and Database Design Methodologies •Moderate demonstrated proficiency using versioning tools •Ability to clearly articulate complex BPM process issues to all levels of the organization.
