• 5-7 years experience in QA Testing and
at least 5+ years of automation framework development experience using
Selenium
• Ability to create own custom code to enhance the automation architecture
• Automating software testing for web applications that make heavy use of
JavaScript
• Design, create, build and maintain a suite of automated tests in Selenium
from the ground up
• Collaborate with the Project team to review requirements as well as with
software developers,
QA analysts and business teams to triage, detect and test bugs with
rapid turnaround
• Work with developers to improve testability of applications
• Seek process improvements and define best practices for QA regarding test
automation leveraging industry standards
• Development background and good coding skills (HTML, JavaScript, and
SQL), scripting skills is a strong plus
• Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work autonomously
• Prior experience in retail domain is a plus. - Ablity to Handle and
monitor a Team
