*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description:•Monitor incoming questions, requests, and failure notices from customers.•Work directly with the team’s actuaries to address modeling and statistical issues reported by customers.* •Work with developers and QA to debug and find solutions to reported software defects and issues with the simulation engine running in various Windows environments. •Record customer requests and propose solutions to common issues and product usability problems. •Participate in the validation and release processes for the product. •Propose and implement improvements to the support process and infrastructure. *Qualifications and Education Requirements:* •*5-7+ years’ experience in support of complex commercial software*. •Experience debugging complex Windows configuration issues.
