*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description:*• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release (Estimates / Scope) • Planning and deploying the testing effort for any given Capital and/or Maintenance Release • Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort • Deploying *QMO Standard testing framework(s) to meet Quality Needs* • Implementing and evolving appropriate performance based measurements and metrics • Facilitating the implementation of efficiency gains (Automation, etc.) • Ensuring requirements traceability: tracking of functional, technical and non-functional requirements and their corresponding link to test components (use cases, designs, test conditions) and design documents • Measuring Delivery, Product Quality, Resource trends and determining a continuous improvement upon the results. *Required Education:* Bachelor’s Degree required *Required Skills:* • 4+ Years of Experience with multiple *QA Projects*, Programs • Advanced level knowledge of *QA Practices* and Principles • Advanced level knowledge of Test Management / *Automation Tools (HP Quality Center, UFT)* • Advanced level knowledge of principle development methodologies (*Agile*).
