*Job Description: *Working with the technology team and business users,
this position will be responsible to develop, test and maintain solutions
using various platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Visual Studio,
Microsoft CRM, Business Process Management tools, SharePoint, and SSRS
reports for Loan Origination and other banking related processes. This
position will require interaction with several different roles such as Lead
Developers, Business Users, Business Analysts and PMO. This position will
need to solicit requirements from business users and provide feedback on
analysis and design. *Strong verbal communication skills required.*



*Job Tasks/Functions*

·         Develop business solutions with Microsoft CRM, InfoPath and BPM
platform.

·         Develop composite SharePoint applications using tools such as
InfoPath and SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Workflow

·         Develop, maintain and enhance SSRS reports

·         Work directly with business users to gather and clarify business
requirements



*Required Skills/Knowledge *

·         Extensive knowledge of  programming with MS Visual Studio,
InfoPath, MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010 and other Microsoft development
platforms

·         SQL and SSRS reporting.

·         Experience with BPM tools and/or Microsoft CRM is highly
desirable.

·         Experience workflow tool.

·         Ability to communicate with customers to gather and analyze
requirements

·         Clear and effective oral and written communication

·         Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented

·         Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects

·         Resourceful and self-sufficient

The client *will require an in-person interview *after a successful phone
screen – non-local candidates are ok, but they would need to go on-site.

Our Financial client has an immediate requirement for a WebSphere
Administrator. Preference for PRPC-Pega Rules Process Commander product
administration skill.

Skills:

·         Expert level skill set in WebSphere version 8 Administration
running in Linux environment.

·         Expert level skill set in IBM HTTP Server Administration.

·         Expert in setup of Deployment manager, Nodes, WAS clusters, SSL
configuration and application deployment.

·         Preferable experience in PRPC-Pega Rules Process Commander
product installation.

·         Preferable experience in Direct Connect NDM.

·         Manage servers through F5 Load Balancer.

·         Working knowledge on Databases - Oracle.

·         Performance Tuning and Optimization.

·         Shell/PERL scripting, Automation jobs.

·         Monitoring and Trouble shooting skills on UNIX.

·         7 Years experience.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Highly motivated, enterprising, excellent team player, also able
to work autonomously.
