Participate in software evaluation and technology vendor selection • Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications for the development teams to implement the CLM Applications: manage quality of requirements through the lifecycle and adhere to standards • Research, analyze, determine capabilities, and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product/service strategies including developing high-level designs, functional specifications, elaboration of business requirements as needed and estimates that address business needs • Consult with business partners on impacts and implications of ideas in conceptual stage • Collaborate with business partners on user acceptance test case development and testing, and support change management activities from the IT perspective as needed • Contribute to the configuration of selected CML software and the elaboration of requirements to: design, migrate from current Access tool, and integrate as needed. • Use business modeling artifacts and analysis efforts to work with business partners to define and design business processes, functions and organizational structures and to identify and promote enabling technologies to achieve Visa's business strategy. Responsible for traceability of requirements through the project lifecycle • Collaborate with IT Teams including technical leads, QA, PM, on technical specifications, test scope and plans, and implementation with technical leads. • Work with Technical team to validate, and align the technical designs with business functional requirements • Perform analysis and functional design for the integration • Work with business and technical staff to understand and resolve challenges with requirements elicitation, documentation, testing. • Support the project manager in managing customer expectations with respect to project cost, complexity, and timeline • Collaborate across the Technology teams and vendors to deliver consultation and recommendations to our business partners for areas regarding scope, effort, and duration • Support implementation, testing and application support of CLM, and related applications including focus on quality of test scenarios Responsibility level • Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor. Strong drive essential. Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. • 6-8 or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst focused on software selection and software development/engineering: design, development, testing and implementation working with cross-functional teams that may including third-party offshore partners and software and professional staff. • Minimum 4 years of CLM implementation experience including with more than one applications: Apttus, Novatus, Selectica, Emptoris optimizing process and implementing applications • Experience and strong record of success driving software package selection including CLM with expertise on relevant evaluation criteria for functional/technical Sales Contracts considerations. • Experience with CLM to Salesforce integration for Sales contracts. • Strong drive and ability to work independently once goal, direction is set. • Strong experience with analytical techniques including process modeling, requirement elaboration, data/business object modeling, technical drawings, use cases and user interface prototyping to support all development and implementation phases for cloud and on premise applications • Able to quickly understand and synthesize business requirements and help stakeholders in visualizing solutions/UX, etc., creating executive level summaries and option analysis from basic models to more complex and strategic. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including 1) the ability to perceive patterns and relationships between technologies, processes, and business models to define solutions and overcome constraints 2) ability to conduct gap analysis, identify configuration versus customization options • Expertise working with of Use Case development, SDLC, JAD, UML, rapid prototyping, visio • Excellent interpersonal, drive, and collaboration skills are considered essential to the position • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, agility, and interpersonal skills * *Qualification* *Rating* *Standard Qualifications* *Bachelors Degree ** Yes *Communication ** 6+ Yrs. *Contract Management ** 6+ Yrs. *CRM ** 4+ Yrs. *Driver of Results ** 6+ Yrs. *Relevant Experience ** 8+ Yrs. *Resource Management ** 5 (Expert) of 5 (Expert) and 0+ Yrs. *Sales Contract Software Implementation ** 4+ Yrs. *System Analysis ** 4+ Yrs.
