*Interview mode: Phone than SkypeJob Description: **Duties:* Provide technical guidance and support Estimate the level of effort related to technical design, coding and unit testing Translate functional designs into technical designs and code Program supportable, maintainable, and efficient solutions Develop and execute test plans and test scripts Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose application/system issues Work collaboratively with functional analysts, business partners, business analysts, project managers and developers to create a technical solution Independently write code and resolve defects Develops unit and functional test plans, carries out unit test plans, and aids in the use of functional test plans and the verification of test results Assesses and develops new technologies to improve efficiency and achieve better results Provides direction and assistance to other team members, expand the team knowledge of software development methodologies Follow standards for code reusability, code quality and other best practices in software design and engineering. Experience developing technical specifications based on marketing requirements Knowledge of Agile development methodologies *Qualifications:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
