*.Duration: 6+ month On-Site Contract plus extension* *Interview mode: Phone** than F2F**.* *Job Description:*•Minimum *8 plus years of production IT experience in VMware/Linux/Windows environments*. •*VMware ESXi* experience required. •*Microsoft Exchange* experience required. •*Microsoft SharePoint* experience required. •Microsoft Lync experience a strong plus. •Strong troubleshooting skills required. •Scripting experience a strong plus. •Systems security experience a strong plus. •An excellent reputation for support to end-users must be demonstrated. •An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment •Excellent organizational and communication skills are required •Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments •Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others •Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction basics with the ability to apply concepts in the process of servicing the customer. •Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle difficult and high stress situations with diplomacy. •Provides mentorship and coaching for other Engineers in both technical and professional skills. •Leadership ability with a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions in order to provide guidance to lower level peer group and assist director in identifying the best people for special assignments and advancement. •Must demonstrate strong logical thinking and have the ability to solve complex problems. •Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making skills. •Requires strong interpersonal and communication (Written and Oral) skills. •Must have a drive for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field of study. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.
