Need someone who has been involved in solution architecture & design as well as configuration and development to act as a subject matter expert in application delivery and provide support for a new Saleforce.com CRM implementation project. · · The SalesForce Business Analyst would help in eliciting business requirements, defining solutions, providing configuration guidance and options, and testing delivered functionalities.
